Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to subscription services and other paid services offered by JTNC Group, LLC unless a product-specific written agreement, order form or checkout page expressly provides different terms.

No Refunds

When a customer purchases a JTNC service, the customer may immediately receive access to information, software, analytics, indicators, signals, automated technology, intellectual property, account configuration, onboarding, support or other benefits. For that reason, all fees paid to JTNC are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law or JTNC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

There are no full, partial or prorated refunds for unused time, promotional purchases, incorrect coupon-code usage, failure to use the service, failure to configure or activate a service, dissatisfaction with trading results, trading losses, or failure to cancel or provide a non-renewal notice within the applicable time period.

Monthly Subscriptions

A month-to-month subscription renews automatically for successive monthly billing periods until cancelled. A customer may cancel a monthly subscription at any time before the next scheduled renewal charge to prevent the next monthly renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not create a right to a refund or prorated refund for the current paid billing period.

Unless JTNC terminates access for cause, access to a cancelled monthly subscription will ordinarily continue through the end of the then-current paid monthly billing period. The exact cancellation method may be provided through the customer’s account, payment portal, checkout confirmation, or JTNC’s Contact Us process.

Annual Subscriptions

An annual subscription is a fixed one-year subscription commitment and is not a month-to-month subscription. An annual subscriber may not cancel the annual commitment early for convenience or obtain a refund for the unused portion of the annual term. The subscription remains in effect for the full one-year term, subject to JTNC’s right to terminate access for breach, misuse, nonpayment or other cause permitted by the applicable agreement.

If an annual subscription is paid in installments, the installment schedule is only a payment arrangement for the one-year commitment and does not convert the annual subscription into a monthly subscription. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by JTNC in writing, remaining scheduled payments for the annual term remain due even if the customer stops using the service or requests that access be discontinued before the annual term ends.

If an annual subscription is designated to renew automatically, the customer must provide JTNC with notice of non-renewal at least forty (40) calendar days before the end of the then-current annual subscription term. A timely non-renewal notice prevents renewal for the next annual term but does not terminate, shorten or refund the current annual term.

If notice of non-renewal is received fewer than forty (40) calendar days before the end of an auto-renewing annual term, JTNC may process the scheduled annual renewal in accordance with the subscription terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any renewed annual term is subject to this no-refund policy unless applicable law requires a different result.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions identified as automatically renewing will renew using the payment method on file unless the customer timely cancels a monthly subscription or timely provides the required non-renewal notice for an annual subscription. Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and for knowing the renewal date shown in their checkout confirmation, subscription record, invoice, account portal or other JTNC communication.

Termination for Misuse or Breach

JTNC may suspend or terminate a customer’s access without refund where the customer violates JTNC’s Terms of Use, misuses or redistributes JTNC intellectual property, shares unauthorized access, attempts to circumvent licensing or access controls, engages in fraud, abuses JTNC personnel or systems, spams or solicits other users in violation of JTNC policies, or otherwise materially breaches an applicable agreement.

How to Cancel or Give Notice of Non-Renewal

To cancel a monthly subscription or provide notice that an annual subscription should not renew, use the cancellation method provided in the applicable customer account or payment portal, or contact JTNC through the Contact Us information provided on JTNCGroup.com. Customers should retain confirmation of any cancellation or non-renewal request.

For an annual subscription, a request to discontinue use or access during the annual term does not constitute cancellation of the one-year commitment and does not eliminate amounts due for that annual term. The forty (40) day notice requirement applies to preventing the next annual renewal.
